Page Street Performance — Waiver & Assumption of Risk Agreement

This Waiver & Assumption of Risk Agreement (“Waiver”) applies to your participation in services provided by Page Street Performance UG (haftungsbeschränkt), operating under the brand name Page Street Performance (“PSP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By enrolling in, accessing, or participating in PSP services, you acknowledge and agree to the following.
1. Voluntary Participation
I acknowledge that my participation in Page Street Performance services is voluntary.
I understand that PSP provides coaching, education, and guidance related to physical training, movement, nutrition, and mindset, and that I am free to discontinue participation at any time.
2. Nature of the Services
I understand that PSP services may include, but are not limited to:
- Physical training or exercise recommendations
- Guidance related to movement, conditioning, and recovery
- Sports- and performance-oriented nutrition education
- Reflective or mindset-oriented exercises
- Digital tools, programs, and community-based activities
I understand that these services are educational and performance-oriented and do not constitute medical or therapeutic treatment.
3. No Medical or Therapeutic Care
I acknowledge that PSP does not provide:
- Medical care, diagnosis, or treatment
- Mental health therapy or counseling
- Medical nutrition therapy or clinical dietetic treatment
- Emergency, crisis, or acute care services
I understand that PSP is not a substitute for licensed healthcare providers and that I am responsible for seeking appropriate medical or mental health care when needed.
4. Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that participation in physical activity, changes to routines, nutritional experimentation, and reflective or mindset-oriented work involves inherent risks.
These risks may include, but are not limited to:
- Physical injury, soreness, strain, or fatigue
- Aggravation of pre-existing injuries or conditions
- Emotional discomfort, stress, or frustration
- Temporary changes in mood, energy, or perception
In rare cases, physical activity may result in serious physical injury.
I understand that such risks may arise even when activities are performed as instructed or with care.
I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
5. No Real-Time Supervision
I acknowledge and understand that:
- PSP may provide guidance or recommendations without direct, real-time supervision
- Coaches may not be present to observe or correct technique during execution
- Guidance may be delivered asynchronously or digitally
I accept responsibility for performing activities safely, using appropriate judgment, and stopping any activity that feels unsafe or inappropriate.
6. In-Person Activities & Public Environments
I acknowledge that PSP may, from time to time, offer or facilitate in-person activities, including those that take place in public or shared environments.
I understand that:
- Such activities may occur in public spaces not owned or controlled by PSP
- Environmental factors such as weather, terrain, traffic, or other people may be present
- Participation is voluntary, and I am responsible for assessing my own safety
I agree to act responsibly, comply with applicable laws and local regulations, and disengage from any activity that feels unsafe or inappropriate.
7. Responsibility for Health, Conduct & Communication
I represent that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in PSP services.
I agree to:
- Monitor my own physical and mental condition
- Modify or stop activities as needed
- Communicate relevant injuries, medical conditions, or limitations
- Seek professional medical advice when appropriate
8. Limitation and Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I acknowledge that participation in PSP services is undertaken at my own risk.
I agree that Page Street Performance UG (haftungsbeschränkt), its coaches, contractors, contributors, and representatives shall not be liable for damages arising from my participation, except where liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including in cases of intent or gross negligence.
Nothing in this Waiver limits statutory rights or mandatory liability provisions under German law.
9. Governing Law
This Waiver is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10. Acknowledgment & Acceptance
I confirm that:
- I have read and understood this Waiver & Assumption of Risk Agreement
- I understand the nature of the activities and the associated risks
- I assume responsibility for my participation
- I agree to this Waiver voluntarily and without coercion
By continuing, I agree to be bound by this Waiver.
