For those ready to be coached.
Remote coaching: a real coach brings your training, fueling, and mindset into one plan, then adjusts it to the week you actually had.
€150/month, locked for life. Not right in your first month? Tell us and it's refunded.
Limited to 20 founding members
You've been doing this on your own.
It was never an effort problem. You've been the athlete and the coach — and no one does both well.
Ivan Sanz
Founder & head coach, Page Street Performance
So the answer was never more discipline. It's to set one of the two roles down: the planning, the programming, the second-guessing. That's what PSP takes off your plate. I'm your coach. I read your check-ins and make the calls on your plan, with a system that carries the structure week to week. Chris, our assistant coach, handles your onboarding and the practical questions. Your job narrows back to an athlete's job: train, fuel, recover, tell us how it's going.
I mean these twenty seats as something specific: the people I intend to still be coaching in ten years. That's why the rate is locked for life, why founding members get a monthly call with me, and why you get a direct say in what gets built next. I'd love to have you in.
— Ivan
What this actually looks like
One plan for your training, fueling, and mindset, every week.
Today
Open it, and today is handled
Your session, your fuel, and your coach on one screen. Nothing to plan. Each week opens with a short note tied to the goal you set, in your own words.
In the gym
It paces you, set by set
One movement per screen: a demo clip, the target, a form cue, and one tap to log the set. Went heavier or lighter? Two taps. The rest clock starts itself and puts the next set in front of you.
Fueling
Nothing to count
Your hand is the measuring tool: a palm of protein, carbs that flex with your training day, greens every plate. You log your bodyweight when we ask, and the trend over weeks, never one morning, tells your coach whether the portions are working.
The weekend check-in
Five signals. Five minutes.
Energy, recovery, stress, sleep, and fueling, then a win and a friction point. Monday's plan is built from it, so a bad week adjusts the plan instead of starting you over. If your check-ins and sessions show strain building, your coach is flagged to look.
Your coach
A real person, in your thread
Not a bot, not a group chat. Your coach reads your check-ins and adjusts your plan. When you need a call on something, message your coach in your thread or bring it to the live group office hours every two weeks. Ask whether to add a run on your off days and you get a decision, the limit, and the reason.
A week, rebuilt
What a check-in actually changes.
Illustrative example — not a client result.
The check-in
Work trip all week. Energy 2 of 5, sleep 2 of 5, recovery 3 of 5, stress 4 of 5. Three of four sessions done.
What the plan does
Your main lifts repeat last week's weights: no added load, no extra sets. Conditioning stays the same as last week. The missed session isn't added back. Your portions follow your weight trend over weeks, not one rough week.
When your coach has something to add
"Three sessions on a travel week keeps your progress. Same weights this week, then we add."
The week after
Energy back up, all four sessions done. The plan starts adding load again. Your progress carries forward.
Early voices on Ivan
"I could type a paragraph about his knowledge of the human body and how it relates to fitness — but what stands out most is Ivan's heart."

Is this for you?
Who this is for, and who it isn't.
This is for you if

- You want a workout library and no human input
- You're not ready to log honestly when things don't go to plan

What happens after you join
Your first month.
Same day
Intake, then your first week.
A short intake: your history, goals, constraints, and what you train with. Your first week's plan is ready as soon as you finish. If you're being treated for an injury right now, your coach checks it before you see it.
Within 48 hours
You hear from us personally.
Chris or Ivan reaches out. A real person, not an automated welcome.
First two weeks
Calibration.
Your coach dials in load, settings, and communication rhythm to you, from what your first check-ins show.
End of month one
Reflection, and your first founder call.
A longer look back to re-anchor your direction, and your invite to the monthly call with Ivan. If it isn't right, say so: you're still inside the 35-day refund window.
The questions worth asking
How is this different from an app or a personal trainer?
An app gives you an algorithm and leaves you alone with it. A personal trainer is great in the session and mostly absent in between, and usually covers training only. PSP is a real coach reading your week, with training, fueling, and mindset in one plan that adjusts when life disrupts it. It's remote, so there are no in-person form fixes.
What do I need to train?
Access to weights. A gym is ideal, but a home setup works too, even a few adjustable dumbbells. Tell us what you've got in the intake and the plan is built around it.
Will I have to count macros?
By default, no. You fuel by hand portions. For a specific goal, like a competition or a stalled recomposition, your coach may add macro tracking for a stretch, then hand it back.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Tell us within 35 days of your first payment, by replying to any PSP email or messaging your coach, and we refund your first month in full. That ends your membership and releases your founding seat. After the first month it's month to month, cancel any time.
Why is the founding rate lower than standard?
Founding members are taking a bet on something early, and their input shapes what PSP becomes. The cohort is capped at 20 because that's how many people we can coach at this standard while PSP is still being built.
What happens to my rate once the founding seats are gone?
Nothing. Founding members keep €150/month for the life of their membership. The €180 standard rate applies only to members who join after the first 20.
